Everything was Awesome Hotel is at the centre point Every famous place was nearby Taksim square was just at walking distance We were more pleased when they upgraded our room and gave us a suit ....Thanx to the Zimmer team n staff...next day I expressed my concern about B'fast as I am pure vegetarian so Mr Erdem at Reception was so helpfully he immediately understood our concern and called chef and provided us super delicious vegetarian B'fast for the next 3 days .Big Thanx to Erdem .Even manger lady was very cooperative. Overall I will arte 10/10 . Ultimate place to stay .

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well furnished, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus, which this hotel proudly boasts. Being conveniently located just in front of the tram station made exploring Istanbul a breeze. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your stay here for an authentic taste of Istanbul's vibrant atmosphere.

Location - good for transport to many directions (Funicular to Taksim; Tram No1 to Galata bridge, Sultanahmet (every 5-10min.); close to Kabatas ferry and Dolma bache. The room was good, clean. TV set, coffee set, water, beverages for free. Perfect sea view from 4 floor. Bed was comfortable. Parking place narrow but available; grate plus in Istanbul! Staff were very helpful

Everything was perfect. Excellent room, great view, they gave us a better room to stay without any charge and they provided us free use of the mini bar. Very nice breakfast and service. The guys at the reception were top of the top! Emir and Musa helped us with everything we asked for, they even booked us tickets for a football match.
